Working with business owners and management teams in a variety of industries, Matt specializes in providing business valuations for closely held companies for a multitude of purposes. He takes a personalized approach to each project, which includes appraisals for ESOPs, succession planning, and estate and gift tax filings. Matt joined BCC in 2009.
